We thought we'd start out small, Elsie wasn't sure why we thought it was so much fun to sit in water outside... But by the end she loved it.
"you want me to sit in this bucket of water mom... why?"
"okay this is kind of fun"

All toasty warm in the blanket :)Hiking donut falls. We made a video but I can't get it in the right format to load it on here.
Elsie loves hiking, especially if she can sit back and relax while dad does all the work.
She didn't like this part, mostly cause she was getting sleepy.
Mom's turn: mom was a bit more graceful while hiking...
... So Elsie got to sleep and slept the rest of the way down. Thanks Mi mi and poppy for the awesome backpack (Shawn got it for his birthday last year when Elsie was still "wiggly" and had 4 months before we got to meet her, way to go planning ahead )

Elsie is pretty much the cutest! I can't wait to hang out with her (and you) this weekend! It's been way too long.
I love Elsie's swim suit -- too cute! I love your homemade swimming pool for her. It's just her size. Your hike looked fun and it was so cute seeing that little face from the back tote.
